Prepaid Website Maintenance Program
Falcon Innovation Group is pleased to offer an assortment of prepaid maintenance agreements to look after your current website. These are deeply discounted prepaid studio hours that can be used for anything the site may require from updates to upgrades. Compare the rates under our prepaid program to that of doing updates a la carte and you could be on track to save as much as $800 and make your website update budgets go up to 12 times further!

Additional to the discounted hourly rates, the time measurement is done in five-minute increments compared to a full hour charge for a quick update or change. This is an additional savings to your bottom line as less time is deducted for smaller updates. Time also does not expire on these agreements and requests for updates are given priority sequencing in our schedules in the event of a scheduling conflict.

There are 12 billing units in one hour of retainer program time versus 1 unit of a la carte time. Current hourly rate without a retainer is $125 per hour or part thereof. HST not included. Hourly rate is locked in at the rate paid and protected against rate increases until the next renewal period. Perpetual renewal occurs by default and is automatically invoices when 1 hour (12 billing units) remains in your time pool.

Projects requiring more than an hour to complete, continue the same billing rate system as the first hour in a sequential fashion. (i.e. one and three-quarter hours is billed as 1.76.)
